If you are unable to attend on time for your appointment - please advise us at the earliest possible time, so that we may make it available to somebody else.
EARLY AND LATE APPOINTMENTS
We aim to do most of our Business during regular hours, but are always willing to look at accommodating early or late Clients, at no extra charge, if practical.
WALK-BYE OR LAST MINUTE PHONE-IN
We are always delighted if we can keep ourselves busy and fit Clients into our Schedule. If we are unable to fit you into our diary, we will advise you of the earliest possible appointment we can offer.

We offer Free Consultations and will tell you honestly what we believe we can achieve for your hair colour and type; bearning in mind your build, skin tone and hair type.

Hairdressing is both an Art and a Science and as such can be affected by a range personal characteristics like hair condition, general health, pregnancy, medications, hair type, etcetera.
COLOUR MATCHING
We have highly trained Staff, who use high quality Italian Elgon Colours.
If exceptionally your resulting colour does not exactly match our agreed target shade, we will, at no extra charge, adjust the shade to suit.
No Hairdressing Salon can absolutely predict the exact shade, if for example, your hair is very sun bleached, chlorine pool damaged or affected by one or more of the factors which can influence the colour uptake of hair. |
